Shipping

All Amana Furniture Shop products that can ship through standard package services, based on size and weight, ship via UPS Ground. UPS shipping charges to the 48 contiguous United States are based on location, weight, and order value. Rates are calculated in real-time to give the most accurate price possible.

Larger furniture items that exceed UPS size requirements will be quoted using an LTL freight carrier. Orders within 150 miles of the Amana Colonies may be available for white-glove delivery service through the Amana Furniture Shop. Call (319) 622-3291 for more details.

Amana Furniture does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (including Puerto Rico), Canada, Mexico, or any other international destination.

UPS requires a physical address and will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

Order Processing

Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing. No orders are processed over the weekend.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated based on the location of the delivered product. Amana Furniture currently charges sales tax in Iowa, Illinois, and Minnesota.

 

Returns

If dissatisfied, don't hesitate to contact us Monday-Friday at (319) 622-3291 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST or via email at info@amanafurniture.com. Notification of defective or damaged product is required within 30 days of delivery.

Please DO NOT return any product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.

Returns on items that are NOT defective or damaged require prepaid shipping and must be returned in a condition suitable for resale within 60 days of receiving the order.
